Welcome to ThinkTransfers! Our website, products, and services are operated by Alpha Impress LLC, a Maryland-based business.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Products and Services

ThinkTransfers specializes in wholesale Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers and custom gang sheet printing for print shops, apparel decorators, businesses, and individual customers.

Our online Gang Sheet Builder allows customers to create custom layouts or upload completed print-ready gang sheets.

2. Pricing and Payments

Product pricing is automatically calculated based on the dimensions of the gang sheet and applicable product settings.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Full payment is required before an order enters production.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with an appropriate refund, subject to applicable law.

3. Artwork Submission and Approval

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork is accurate and ready for printing.

This includes verifying:

• Design dimensions and layout

• Image resolution and quality

• Spelling and graphic elements

• Background transparency

• Proper positioning of artwork

ThinkTransfers prints artwork based on the files and specifications submitted by the customer.

Colors may vary slightly between digital screens and printed transfers due to differences in display settings, printing processes, and materials.

4. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, customers confirm that they own the artwork or have obtained the necessary authorization to reproduce it.

Customers grant ThinkTransfers permission to use submitted artwork solely for order fulfillment and related customer service purposes.

We reserve the right to decline orders containing unlawful, unauthorized, or infringing content.

5. Production and Processing

Our standard production target for eligible DTF orders is approximately 24 business hours after payment and receipt of acceptable artwork.

Production times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, artwork issues, equipment availability, or other operational circumstances.

Orders requiring additional artwork review or corrections may take longer.

6. Shipping and Local Pickup

ThinkTransfers offers shipping within the United States and local pickup at our designated Alpha Impress location in Maryland.

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Customers selecting local pickup must wait for their Ready for Pickup notification before collecting their orders.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because DTF transfers are custom-manufactured products, orders generally cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

Cancellation requests submitted before production begins will be reviewed individually.

Any approved refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

8. Returns and Refunds

Custom products are generally not eligible for returns or refunds due to a change of mind or customer-submitted artwork errors.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed specifications, customers should contact ThinkTransfers promptly.

Eligible claims will be reviewed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Website and Service Availability

We strive to keep our website, ordering system, and Gang Sheet Builder available and functioning correctly.

However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, or third-party service disruptions.

We reserve the right to update website features, product offerings, and service availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Impress LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website interruptions, unauthorized customer artwork, or delays beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

11. Privacy

Customer information is collected, processed, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our online store uses Shopify and authorized third-party services to process orders and provide related functionality.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
