At ThinkTransfers, we take pride in producing high-quality, custom DTF transfers. Because our products are manufactured specifically according to each customer's submitted artwork and specifications, the following policy applies.

Custom Orders

All custom DTF transfers and gang sheets are made to order. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer-submitted artwork errors.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the specifications confirmed at checkout, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery or pickup.

Please include your order number, photographs of the issue, and a brief description.

We will review your claim and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, reprint, refund, or another remedy consistent with applicable law.

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork, dimensions, spelling, colors, transparency, and image resolution before submitting an order.

Low-resolution artwork may produce lower-quality results. ThinkTransfers is not responsible for printing defects directly caused by customer-supplied artwork that was submitted or approved despite visible quality issues, to the extent permitted by law.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins. We will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation and any applicable refund.
